Is there a double standard between Wade and Beasley? (Pete W)

Pete W thinks that Wade makes the same mistake as Beasley (not attacking the rim stronger) and suggests that Wade would never be criticized if that were the case:

Pete w says:

“Q: I am the biggest Beasley supporter out there but, this game falls on his shoulders. He needs to attack the freaking basket and finish strong. — Brad.
A: That is exactly what I took from the game,”

this would be fine – if i ever heard this criticism directed at wade as well. but with wade – it is always some excuse.

1. Beasley is not on Wade's level and it is stupid to suggest they need to be held to the same standards based on your assumption that Beasley = Wade.
2. Wade, the 6'4 SG, takes it to the rim way stronger than Beasley, the 6'8 PF. Note how I mentioned their height and position, to insinuate what a joke it is to discuss a 6'4 SG attacking the rim versus a 6'8 PF. In which case, Wade still wins hands down.
3. On the rare games that Wade was hurting the team rather than helping, he has been called out for his actions, although not in a "lynch mob" kind of way because he has already proven himself in the NBA and helped Miami win its first NBA Championship.
4. You guys (Beasley Homers) pump out excuses left-and-right. Don't talk about others making excuses.
